The Board of Public Utilities has introduced the MY BPU app, designed to enhance customer engagement with their utility services.

This user-friendly application offers a convenient platform for various functionalities, including making payments, viewing energy usage data, reporting outages, checking service status, and maintaining communication with BPU.

• Bill & Pay - Users can quickly access their current account balance and due date, as well as manage recurring payments and modify payment methods. Additionally, the app facilitates viewing bill history and provides PDF versions of paper bills directly on mobile devices.
• My Usage - The My Usage feature allows users to monitor and analyze their energy consumption through daily usage data presented in intuitive graphs.
• Contact Us - Customers can easily reach BPU via email or phone. The app also offers the option to submit predefined messages, including the ability to attach images and GPS coordinates for enhanced communication.
• Easy Outage Reporting - Outage reporting is simplified, enabling users to notify BPU with a few clicks and check the status of their service seamlessly.
• Maps - The integrated map interface displays the locations of facilities and payment dropboxes, enhancing accessibility for users.
